60mi ride just to eat a wood fired sourdough crust pizza by myself in the park.. Worth it every time.

Right in downtown Sisters. Easy to grab it to go and ride one-handed to whatever park is empty.. Takes a good 5-10mi of easy riding after to let that digestion get going though.

First ride since Paris dropped the 10km distance limit on travel as we ever ever so slowly open up again.

100km encompassing a series of canals and the aqueducs out of town to Meaux and back, almost all unsurfaced, gravel and right now very dry dusty singletrack.

Up on the Aqueduc de la Dhuis, 128km of subterranean waterway supplying Paris since 1863.





Crosing the Marne on the old train bridge:





Onwards along the Canal de Chalifert:



As almost every shop and restaurant is closed currently food stops aren't reliable but we were lucky to find a burger van in a village along the way:

Renting a place with the family in Sunriver this summer and then heading out thru the Santiam pass...we'll need to check that pizza out.

man, a burger truck found quite randomly is a huge score!
