I have a CAAD10 and no way will it fit 28's, not even close. 25's are tight. It's the exact same model as AZRiders.... same year, same paint. Size 56. And I have a nice and shiny, bright aluminium silver underside to the rear brake caliper to prove it.

I think as much as anything it depends on the brakes you are using. My bikes barely fits 25mm Vittoria Corsa G+ on Zondas with Record Skeleton brakes.

Shown it has veloflex 23's

Just finished a ride on my CAAD 10, and while cleaning it up on the stand....looked it over closely.

While I said above I believe I could get 28's on there on a wider rim, no way would I ride it like that. I currently ride 23's on a C15 Zonda rim, and while there is room enough for 25's on this rim, and 25's on a slightly wider rim, there w/b no room to spare if I broke a spoke or something. Or if something stuck on the tire, etc. So for me...the answer is no....I couldn't ride 28's on this bike. Mine is a 2015 version.
