My Ottrott has been through a lot...

So my bike has been through some changes over the years.

First paint scheme.

WOW!!! I think you saved the best for last! Can't wait to see it finished. It looks stunning as a bare frame.

Wow! That is sweet! Nice attention to all the details. And fantastic fade. Expect nothing less from VC. Did you paint the seatpost and stem?

Looking forward to the clean build up with etap.

No painted stem or post. Let's see how it looks built up with standard stuff.

The faux lug on the seat tube is amazing, and really threw me off! At first, I kept looking at it and thinking, “I recall earlier Ottrotts having longer lugs, but don’t recall seeing one like that before,” and then it dawned on me that the seat tube is all ti, so the lug is just paint. The fade is exquisite.

Same thing happened to me and I went into the garage to check out my Ottrott.
I've also got a Lemond Spine that does have a lug and a carbon seat tube....so that's my excuse.

I had a position that was a lot more rotated forward (and admittedly too high).

this is excellent eric. it really speaks to how much you must love this bike to go for another refresh.

i think i like the shallow enves the best on this bike, but it looks good wearing just about any shoes. cant wait to see it built back up. good work!

Saw this on their IG. What an amazing job. The scalloped detail in the fade is so cool. Congrats, I’m sure it will be fun to have it built up again.
