Boris bikes 192km from near Badia to Lake Garda

What's missing for me is an elevation profile. I assume a lot was downhill.

I forgot to add, on a bike trail. Which is key.

That's not Boris, that's Igor Tavela of Ustaria Posta bike hotel in Badia. Great guy.

more or less, yes. There will be some intermediate small climbs all the way. Much of the Gadertal cycle track (Brixen/Bressanone - Bozen/Bolzano) is on old railroads, so pretty constant inclination. Bozen - Rovereto is pretty much cycling next to the Adige river, so no climbing.
I plotted the route roughly on Komoot and it said around 880m up, 2330m down.

This is a very nice trail in stunning landscape;
if you happen to bring the legs and the time for it, there are even better rides around - i've ridden the bike path along the Adige and it can be a bit tiresome, because it has long flat straights and occasionally a quite annoying headwind; i imagine this can be tiresome at the end of such a long ride.

He uploads his rides to Strava. The link is in the info section of the video.

After an initial big drop, that's a whole lot of flat with good scenery, and good espresso rest stops.
