Firefly, Sturdy....
Who makes completely custom Titanium bicycles complete with #3D printed Ti yoke? Dropouts and lugs, too? (yes, some exist - Tom Sturdy, Firefly....).
Ride quality and reliability matter! 24 month wait is out of the question. Sturdy, Firefly look very nice good. There must be others that are equal or superior. When it comes to "best ride quality", ...please support opinions with some science, the testing of the geometry, engineering, etc.. Moots, FF and a few others have taken the same parts, assembled them with slight differences resulting in very different ride qualities ranging from horrendous to "that's it!". Prototyping. Intrigued talking with those that experienced the design theory to build testing. The "science" in this testing was having the riders test the different frames in different conditions and score them on various criteria. Some design aspects delivered similar results, consistency of opinion across platforms both good and not so much. New to the forum. Please excuse. Redirect and coach if you please. Did you mean to post this to the general discussion section?

You've lost me here. I'm unaware of bicycle science in these areas.

I don't have any scientifically supported, peer reviewed, journalized, data-based opinions, but....
44 Bikes has posted plenty of photos with printed bits. J Guillem uses forged bits, although I don't know if he offers custom. I have his Atalaya and, scientifically speaking, it rides just fine. |

I'll take a stab at it....
Sounds like you are looking for a Ti bike, custom, high-end. One that comes to mind is Legend. Hit up Eric at EliteVeloSolutions. (also a member here) He will get you sorted with one of the best Ti builders alive today. |

To the OP: welcome to the forum!
I think you may be disappointed by the scientific evidence to support best ride quality; but I can appreciate your search for a nice specific Ti frame. I’ll move this to the general discussion area to see what other have to say. I admit complete ignorance with regard to 3D printed lugs but am happy to learn more in that area.

When someone says "lugs" to me, I think of the pieces that join the head tube with the downtube and top tube, and the ones that join the top tube to the seat tube. Sleeved joints don't make any sense with titanium. I'm not sure that nobody makes a Ti frame that way, but they would definitely be an outlier.
Pino Maroni and Cecil Behringer made a frame that way. They figured out how to induction braze Ti. There is some talk that their process was important to other industries. http://www.classicrendezvous.com/USA/P_Moroni.htm |

You’re asking for something that doesn’t exist for this part of the equation. Looking forward to reading the replies.

I swear bastion has the worst website. Must have been designed by the stem guy.
https://www.bastioncycles.com/builds/ Do they have welded bikes? I don't see any reason why they wouldn't, but it looks looks like all some sort of bonded carbon to me. Not sure if that's what the op is looking for. |

Please tell me the quantifiable metrics that represent what you view as “good ride quality”.

Bastion also use a kind of ‘science oven’ to heat treat parts post printing but might need Jennifer Lawrence to confirm validity of this
