In the after fit he's got an adjustable bars and stem for fitting purposes on my bike. If you look closely you can see my actual bars laying on the front wheel

To this end, I took off my old stem and bars and put on a shorter/taller stem (80mm/17deg) and a smaller bar (42 cm). I don't even know what my old set up was (could check later), its just how I bought it used ~8 years ago as my first "real" road bike.

The changes to your cleats and the saddle position are very subtle and difficult to assess in an Internet photo bike fitting. However, the placement of the bars after looks like an improvement; the slight flex of your elbows looks right.

Keep riding and see how the biomechanics work out.
