Road/cross crank options for 73mm BB?

Currently looking at buying a Kelly Knobby X, but it has a 73mm bottom bracket shell, which is giving me some pause. I only have experience using more modern 24/30mm spindle road cranks with external bearings, so I am not sure what my options are here.

What are some good options for a 2x crank for 10 speed drivetrain with a 46-50t big ring and 32-36t little ring? I'm sure I could cobble together a square taper BB/crank arm/chainring combination, but don't really know where to start.

I have a Diamondback Haanjo Exp which has a 73mm threaded B.B. I put a FSA Adventure crank (48/32) with an infinite BB. Works great...just needed to make sure the crankarms cleared the chain stays.

That's interesting. I've used another BB386 crank (SRAM Force 22) on a 68mm BB and had to use a bunch of spacers. I wonder if a BB386 crank would clear this frame.
