I was thinking about heading down to COTA for the race tomorrow. I drove the track for the first time two weeks ago so it would be fun to watch F1 at such amazing speeds. I have a work appointment on Sunday now which my partner would probably cover, but I think I will watch on TV.

All day, every day, every year since it started in 2013 with some good friends who talk cars.

One year we would like to fly down and spend the weekend.

I met my wife racing sports cars and worked Flags and Comm at several GPs including the one and only Dallas GP as a blue flagger. Almost had a souvenir of the nose off a Candy Tyrrell but the crew finally showed up to claim it back.

He drove a great race and frankly Vettel has made so many mistakes this year I was glad to see Kimster at the top, keeping the wild child at bay. The prancing horse has final become competitive this year.
