Sourcing Campy 10 and 11 speed Brake Pads

Having trouble sourcing Campy brake pads, ideally WITH holders. Prefer Campagnolo first, aftermarket second.
Need pads for 2018 Record 11 speed, and 2010 Record 10 speed
Primarily using on Campagnolo Shamal 2012-2014 era alloy wheels. And a set of 2017 Shamal alloy wheels.
So where can I buy Campag inserts, or inserts with holders preferably?
I have looked at Ribble, Wiggle, Chain Reaction, ProBikeKit, Merlin Cycles UK....can get inserts on some of them, but not with Campy branded holders..
Any advice appreciated, Thx!

Nothing from QBP, ginormous bike distributor...email into Campagnolo NA to see if they have them.

I get all my Campy small bits from Modern Bike, including those elusive Campagnolo factory wheel spoke kits that many claim are impossible to find...these guys have it all, prices are fair and service is great.

....just curious, why do you need holders too. Why not just pop new pads in to existing holders....takes about 5 seconds

Yes I could, but when swapping to Carbon wheels wanted to just do the holder thing...seemed like a good idea, interesting so hard to find....going to Italy in July.....

Could you use some like these Kool stop pads and holders:

http://www.koolstop.com/english/road_holder.html

http://www.koolstop.com/english/super_record.html

If so, I bet they will be a lot cheaper than buying Campy OE parts!

Good Luck!

How is swapping the holders, with bolts and adjustment and all that...easier than just swapping pads on the same holders?

There are plenty of after-market Campa holders, silver or black, for around $8-$10, whereas the Campa 4-piece kit is, what, $60-$70?

If the desire for Campa-branded is so strong, you may as well just buy some used Campa brakes on eBay, for the holders only. It all seems very sacrificial/wasteful to me, but the availability is there.

Exactly. Perfectly fine; very available; reasonably priced.
.
If the OP must have Campy parts, Merlin Cycles has a sale on Campy brakes starting at about $18 and dual pivots can be found at $35!

Swapping pads on campy brakes is the worst. They are always so stuck in there and very hard to come out (I guess its a good thing, in a way). Shimano pads is much better, they are not so tight and use that little screw.

I like the cheaper campy brakes now since they use shimano pads and holders.. Campy should stop doing their own pads really.

OR they should take a cue from EE brakes, their holders are the BEST and easiest to remove pads I have ever used. You just grab the pad, lift. Put new pad in, 1 minute and done.

I've had good luck with Jagwire. They have Campagnolo compatible holders and I stock them for folks looking just what you intend to use them for. Plus they're like 1/4 the cost of Campagnolo holders.
