The Tange is out of stock in gold, and that dia-compe says "Italian size only", is that right?

Effectively, there really is no difference between ISO and Italian threaded headsets. In other words, it will work fine. The thread pitch is ever so slightly different, so as a general rule it's advisable not to change between ISO or Italian more than once.

But, I wouldn't use the Dia Compe for a different reason. I don't think their anodized gold is going to match as well as the CC.

I was going to post the same but left it out, I agree though.

I'll stick with black for now, since I already have it and I'm itching to get that spacer out of there so I can get my bars in the right spot.

Headset swapped and fork cut. I'm done for now!

Only thing I might possibly do is a new seatpost. (And if I ever get a flat, I'll center the tire logos...Didn't even think about it when installing )

Looks nice. Is that a little light hanging from the saddle?

It's a bracket to hang my Garmin Varia on. There's a design on shapeways for a 3d printed one. I'll see if I can find the link when I get home, he has a ton of different adaptors for all sorts of stuff.

Sharp looking rig. Dibs? I really like the color combo here, and nice choice of wheels/tires too.

Thanks everyone.

Seatpost is definitely on the top of the list. I need to schedule the fitting my wife got me for Christmas before I do that though, just in case they want me to use a straight post. I have a Zipp SC in the parts box, but it looks weird because I don't have a lot of seatpost showing and it has a very gradual bend to it so it makes it look even lower.

I also have a gold King headset on the way now

Dang! That is rad. A great mix of old v. new. The quill stem and threaded fork is kinda refreshing to see..
