Went on the last road bike ride of the season yesterday. It will soon get very cold here, and my gravel riding season will begin. Updated the zank with a 6800 kit and some Old school Ksyrium wheels and some panaracer pasela 32mm.

What color orange?

As an orange bike aficionado, I thought I had seen most shades, but this one stands out. Is there a name for that color?

Awesome bike and awesome pictures. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks! All my bike now are orange, in some way. This shade of orange is produced by House of Kolor and is called bitter sunset orange. Light orange in the sun, dark orange in the shade. Really beautiful in person.

Thanks! I will take pictures of my gravel ride this weekend. It will be awesome, but won't be anything like taking laps around wellseley waban and dover in the fall time. Cheers.

Lucked out and got a clean air day today. Testing out a set of wheels I built over the winter.

2.5 hours on the gravel today, mapping out a 4 hour gravel ride scheduled for roubaix sunday.

I realy dig that metallic orange color. Did you consider having the stem finished to match the frame?

i am planning to get this frame repainted next year and I will also get the stem painted. I really wish I could find a low diameter low profile stem that mates nicer with thin diameter tubes.

I think your main options are a Deda Superleggero or a Syntace F109 unless you want to go custom. Bart Veuger from WINDcyclework made the slim steel stem for my Vetta.
