I know spring is just around the corner

I know spring is just around the corner
How do I know?
On classified I keep track of FS for sale listings versus WTB want to buy listings.
When WTB outnumber FS by 25% I know spring is just around the corner
Over 50% Summer is at hand
Turns negative Fall is about to happen
No WTB or very little deep into winter
I first noticed this trend in 1985

they never blow them out though. I wouldn't mind having one, although we really only need one 4-5 times per winter.

Last spring I walked past a couple of guys looking at a snow blower sometime in late February. I encouraged them to buy so we wouldn't have any more snow. Don't know if they bought it, but it still snowed.
