I think the parts Tex has are all friction era stuff, which are about 7 mm smaller in diameter than what you lost. I think they will work though. I dug a similar bolt and washer out and tried it on the bar end shifter. It works if you don't mind the look. As Peter mentioned, the RH bolt is quite a bit longer but the shorter ones will catch enough thread to hold it together.

Aesthetics are always important but functionality is paramount. I’ll use the texbike parts as a stop gap and find the real deal when someone has a destroyed shifter they’re throwing away
