TPC significantly mis-measured it in their listing.. They had it as 62x60 (https://www.theproscloset.com/produc...-62cm-frameset) and it's actually 66-67cm by 62-63cm, though they did get the headtube measurement right. It's a shame, the frame is seriously in NOS condition and is seriously cool. Plus I spent hours building it, bought parts for it, cut cables, wrapped bars, etc. Sigh.

Oh, bummer - sorry to hear that!

The one that I was looking at locally ended up being too small for me. It was advertised as a 56 but ended up being a 54. However, it looks like one my neighbors is interested in it, so all is good. I didn't really need another bike right now anyway...

Did you ever measure the seat tube angle? It sure looks much more slack than the 72.5° or 73.5° that they said, but pictures can be deceiving.

It was supposed to be a 60cm TT per the listing - the TT is 62.5-63cm - that's a horse too far...

Mistakes get made, and TPC has always taken care of me in the past. I'm sure they will this time too.

My rough trigonometry says 72-73* - I think the pic is distorting a bit.

Dang, that is a pretty gigantic Calfee bicycle. The wheels look tiny in comparison.

It's a really beautiful bike - this pic is less distorted.

I'm quite bummed - the chances of me getting another one of these, but in the right size, at what this one cost and with this finish are slim to none...

It's now headed to a good home though, and I once again will get the happiness of seeing other people's happiness - which makes it all worth the effort

This one looks like it might be your size, if you can negotiate a good price and shipping.

Really dug the raw carbon on this one. There's a decent clearcoat 62x59 one on eBay for $750 asking, just doesn't speak to me as much.

I noticed that on the hitch rack there were two brand spankin'-new Calfee road bikes. One carbon fiber and one bamboo. Both were built up with the latest Campagnolo Record groupsets.
A couple of days later near the Eagle Lake parking area I see the same new white truck, Ohio plates. This time there's a guy unloading a brand spankin'-new Calfee mountain bike, looked to be built up with SRAM 1x. He took off for a brief ride and returned to his truck before I even had our bikes unloaded and ready to ride. I never had the opportunity to speak with him. Was he Mr. Calfee, a dealer, or writing magazine reviews, or what?
I still know little about Calfee bikes, but who WAS that guy??
Guy on right, Craig Calfee. Formally trained as a sculptor..really..
