Vittoria Pave EVO CG

To all,

Just found from Vittoria's site that they are making Pave EVO CG Tubular in 27c.
This is good news for me but the catch is it is green/black.

So, what color frame will work with this Green? Any ideals are most welcome.

Thanks,
Ron

Anything in a Team 7-Eleven paint scheme should look just fine - Serotta can do this for you.

I'm gittin' me some of them tires, son...and a bike to go with them.

Yes they will go well with the Peg you had with you in MARCH....In fact it would go well at my house.

Come on down and ride after the "rather warm" weather passes and I assure you that the bike can stay for a long time (just as you can.....) PETE

I just put some of the 24mm as a road tire on nemesis rims on my RS cross-
Looks very nice with the red. The tires are really more black than green.

I'll give you a ride report today after I get back.

Exactly ... the link I posted above has a pic of the 24s on my fixed gear road bike and unless you're looking straight down that the tire, it's more black than green.

bare ti

I put some of the 24 tubulars on my Ti Lemond and they looks real purty. They compliment the yellow decals, bar tape and saddle well.

They look real nice with this color I'm a bit biased of course. I have the clinchers in black on the wheels shown and the green 27's on a set of wheels ergott built for me. The 27mm at 85fr-90r psi are sweet.

The all-black Pave 24 clinchers are my favorite tire ever all year round. Put those on a Mavic Open Pro and its smiles for miles. Very hard/impossible to find the all-black clincher version however...

My LBS has 3 pair if you are interested, well actually 2. I've got a set on the back shelf with my name stuck on them . If you need a set let me know. Frank
