Anyone use Quik-n-easy vintage roof rack?

It’s funny. When you’re a cyclist, people just give you stuff they have rotting in their garage that you “might” someday need. Usually it’s so moldy old Schwinn grips, today it’s 4 quick n easy gutter mounts, made in Monrovia, Ca. Anyone use this system? It has 4 blocks of wood on threaded doodads.

Apparently if your roof has rain gutters, these will mount.

Anyone still rocking a set on his VW camper?

Oh man....that takes me WAY back to my kayaking days up in Fort Collins. Those things are bomb proof.
PS: I did rock them on a '72 VW bus. Holy crap, I miss that thing.

Not had gutters on our cars since I can remember. I am reminded each time I open the door when it has been raining too.

I remember those though...

I also used them kayaking back in the mid-80s until discovering Yakima. Quik-n-Easy were very popular back then.
