The announcing is hilarious "Yates is kicking sand in their faces", "Dumoulin trying to stir up some magic, but Yates has found the magic".

Wow!

Makes you remember how punishing (and unforgiving) bicycle racing really is.

Really impressed Big Tom came back to that group but will it be enough? Lots of questions will be answered Tuesday!

Thanks for posting the link. Nothing better than to wake up, enjoy a cup of coffee and catch the last hour of the giro every am.

Impressive ride and something I was expecting to happen.

Said it the other day, if they dont get rid off froome and sky, they will snatch a podium place (3rd)... now TD has to run for his life next week, IMO he still can win it but darn, the english needs to have heck of a couple of bad days.

Froome won’t be on the podium...

Simon Yates is 5’8”, 128. There are probably exceptions, but to climb that well, being that light sure helps. He’s been amazing.

Was traveling this weekend, so missed both stages live.

Just watched the two stage highlight clips.

So here's my question: For yesterday, how did Froome get away? Poels on the front, and he just set a fast pace, or did Froome attack out of the group and create the gap himself?

Tuesday's TT is probably a must win for Dumoulin. No one has been able to put time into Yates on the climbs.
