Wake up. It´s 2019 and the f8 is long gone from Pinarello line up.

Are you asking me?

Yes, I built mine up with ETap and Reynolds 46 wheels. I’ve ridden it about a 100 miles so far ( weather has been pretty crappy here ) . I must say, I am super pleasantly surprised at how nice it rides. Much less jarring than my C60. I was expecting it to be a harsh ride. It appears to be built really well. No noises at all. Fits really well and it’s not squirrelly at all. For a race bike, it doesn’t appear to have any negative race bike qualities.

Im really enjoying it. C60 may be for sale sometime in the near future.

I’ll snap some pictures the next time I ride.

yes i was asking about your new acquisition for the f8 for a review. i was wondering how it compared to the c60? i saw that the pinarello f8 is offered in a 62cm with a 61cm top tube. that is what pared my interest. top tube length has always been a problem for me as i am long in the torso and somewhat normal in inseam. probably a 62 squared bike would be a best fit for me.

The C60 had always been a bucket list bike for me. The F series Pina was never even in my thoughts. Weird how that happens sometimes. I also always wanted a Speedvagen Road, bought one used and hated the way it felt on the road. Sold it pretty quickly.

I’ll hold onto the C60 for awhile still, ride it some more. Have about a 1000 miles on it now, it’s really never spoken to me. I mean, the tube shapes, sizes and build quality are amazing. Aesthetically it’s beautiful, truly.

The Pina just felt right from the very beginning. From the first pedal stroke. Weird how that happens, huh?
