I got saddles sores and numbness on the trainer. I went with a rocker plate and that was a huge improvement.

I would recommend you drop your saddle a touch to minimize rocking on the saddle. And you can either raise your bars or drop the nose of your saddle to help with the numbness. While there is an argument for mimicking your outdoor position, that is not nearly as important as being comfortable so you can ride indoors longer.

Using a saddle with a big cutout might help, and as a bonus, you'll get more airflow as well as blood flow to your nether regions.
