Independent Fabrication Planet X (56x57)

https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/bik...197621222.html

I have a classic Independent Fabrication Planet X built up with an eclectic but very functional mix of components by the previous owner. I bought it ~2 years ago, but have found it to be a little redundant with other bikes in my stable so it's gotta go. Top tube is 57cm c-c, seat tube is 56cm c-t.

SRAM Rival 2x10 shifters
Shimano cx-70 front derailleur
SRAM Apex rear derailluer
Paul Mini Moto v-brakes
Salsa Cowbell 2 Handlebars (44cm)
Selle San Marco Rolls Saddle
White/HED Belgium rear wheel
Sachs/Pacenti Brevet Front wheel

It's a super fun bike to ride. Let me know if you have any questions.

I hope he gets back. I had an Rb-1 with a 57.5 and it was perfect. I would love to have that bike.

REI Used Clothing Sale

You have to scroll down a bit to find the cycling stuff, but lots of winter (and summer) clothing for sale, limited sizes and colors.

I’d be a little cautious. This is REI’s garage sale but online. All these items have been worn and returned so there’s no way to judge the condition and stock photos are used, not photos of the real item. I worked at REI for years until recently. It’s a GREAT company but in the last few years have become somewhat desperate for new revenue. I’ve packaged returned items to go to the distribution center for resale and much of it was pure junk. Unfortunately REI’s outstanding return policy does not apply. You do have 30 days but must pay for return shipping - cannot return thru the stores.

+10000000

I bought a "lightly used" Ergon saddle from them for maybe 25% off retail. It arrived and both rails were completely bent. I mean it was so obvious, but I guess no one picked up on it. But yeah, I had to pay shipping to send it back. Couldnt bring it to a store.
