I just saw one like this on a nationwide Craigslist search for $275 I think.

I would love to get one of these for our unborn child. She is due in about 2 weeks and hopefully will like to ride bikes with me.

47.5 TT? I doubt it.

Stuck seatpost, other issues, seller sounds like a major a-hole. Pass.

The smallest toptube you can possiblly get while still maintaining traditional road bike geo and 700c wheels is about 49.5-50cm. Sounds like BS to me too
