this was my beloved Elizabeth. She was 11 and had a couple more years in her. I'm not sure why she passed; maybe she stressed her heart trying to boss all the other animals around, I don't know.
I plan on getting another just like her. mw

Geoff,
So sorry to hear your loss. We have a 4 year old Vizsla name Budapest. He's called "Buda" when he behaves, "Pest" when he does not. He goes Mount bike rides and trail runs with us and very much loved. I am sure Cooper is in a good place now. PM me if you are interested in Rescue Vizslas; we are going to a fund raising event in Sept in Northern Cal.

I feel your pain. The best way to heal is to find another friend in need who will share hir or her life with you - try going to a shelter and see if any of them seem to want to make that special bond. I love my family, truckie the mutt included. I know I will be devistated when he crosses the bridge... Dek
