DHL Delays?

I recently ordered some cycling shoes from one of the UK retailers. The package made it to the US and through east coast customs in under 48 hours. From there, my package has not seen an update after leaving the NYC Gateway facility on the 9th.

DHL customer service just said that they've been experiencing some backlogs at their distribution center, but couldn't give me any indication on when the package would start moving again.

Just thought I'd give people a heads up on potential shipping delays if anyone was ordering from abroad with DHL shipping. If anyone else has data to input that would be awesome as well.
