Vittoria Corsa Graphine 2.0 (tubeless ready) issue

Hi all. Pulled this tire as the rubber sidewall separated from the casing in a small circular area, the rubber seems very thin in this area too. The inside of the tire in the affected area looks fine (photo included). I was running it with a tube. It held air and otherwise no issue riding. Has anyone experienced anything like this with these tires? Any opinion if safe to ride (I pulled it from the front, if I ride it it would be a rear only)?

Thanks for any help or opinions.

Had exactly the same thing happen. Gradually (over the course of a couple of 30-40 mile rides) got worse. Didn't notice it was the tire, just kept feeling a "thump, thump, thump" when I'd lean the bike to the left e.g., going around a curve.

Might have been OK but trashed it anyway since the noise bugged the crap out of me.
