Rivet Cycle Works: Still Operating?

I have enjoyed my Rivet Independence for the last couple of years but it has stretched to the limit and needs to be replaced. I sent an email a couple of days ago and didnt get a response. I tried calling this morning and their mailbox is full and they did not pick up.

I am hoping that they are just busy.....anybody have any contact with them?

Rivet

I've had no contact other than on their website:
https://rivetcycleworks.com/

It seems fine and is ready to accept payments. Since you made me look I just might buy something as their stuff looks great.

I had an issue requiring customer service last year, and it did take a bit to resolve. The owner rides a lot...

That said, she’s a great person, and eventually did respond, fixed everything reasonably and made it right. It will work out.

Memorial Day Weekend

Might be worth waiting until next Wednesday when everyone's fully back from the long weekend.
