If you find yourself satisfied for cycling material goods, then pass it along to a riding buddy who could use it.

No need to obtain more stuff just cause you can.

+1 on consumables. Tubes. Bar tape. A spare chain.

It sounds like you already have all the essentials, so rather than a "top essential item", here are a few things you don't realize you haven't got until you need them:

Do you wear sunglasses? If not, consider wearing them for eye protection. One flying stone is all it takes.

How about tools? Do you have a chain wear gauge? A pedal wrench?

Another idea, put it towards a helmet or something else that you'd likely showroom at your LBS and buy on Paceline.
