Come on, tjs555 has a total of 6 posts here. Don't respond to the troll.
That said, you got the comparison wrong. If we are to follow tjs' logic, you should have said Van Gogh was a marginal surgeon . . . and then proceeded to judge his entire body of work on that basis! |

I can only get 24/48. There is no way to fiddle with any setting through the desktop app that i can find. I am using a DAC that can do up to DSD512/22.4Mhz, so that end is not the issue |

I’m not a player, and not saying Bruce is not the worst, but there has to be heavy competition. How can you be so sure?

I'm not really into Bruce Springsteen so I'm biased but if you see any of the videos of his ridiculous broadway residency shows where he plays solo acoustic and sings he comes across a heck of a lot better than he does with the E street band in modern incarnations. The E Street band always seems like there is way too much going on, way too many people playing at the same time and not making space for each other.. Bruce is the only one who just sits back and doesn't overplay since he's busy singing.
But on Neil Young I don't think I've ever met anyone in person who played guitar who didn't love Neil Young. Ironically I've seen Springsteen live but haven't ever gotten to see Neil Young. |

I was a roadie for decades. I have a friend who is the luthier to the stars. He worked on Neil's guitars, and Neil asked him to travel on tour as a guitar tech. Dude said, no, I have a business. Neil said, I'll pay you this much, and it was a lot.
So my friend went on the road with Neil, but he is also a great musician on his own. It wasn't long before my friend is adding banjo or pedal steel on stage. Neil mentioned that he would like a Clarence Clemons type sax part on one tune, so my friend said, get me a sax. Took him a week to learn the one piece he needed to know. Another friend who was an associate of the luthier did amplifier work for Neil. He spent a couple of years building Neil's world class model train setup. I understand Neil sold it off recently. There is even a bicycle connection here. The luthier owned one of Joe Breeze's first ten mountain bikes, which he sold for $27,000. Also, he bought one of Bob Dylan's guitars in 1970, which he sold recently for hundreds of thousand$! A couple of good investments.

Lionel
He has an extensive collection of Lionel, I think he bought the company when they were having financial difficulties.
