Question Wheelbuilder ? Bladed spokes

I have a curiosity question:
Is there a special tool available to prevent twisting bladed spokes while building a wheel?

I think Ksyriums com with a plastic disc with slots in it to hold the spokes?

Otherwise, use a wrench.....or you could take a small piece of wood and using a hacksaw cut a very small groove....anything to grasp the spoke.

the tool recommended by dave would work admirably,
could also be used for plumbing... and trueing wheels in addition to tightening you bb or adjusting your hubs.

Park has a righty or lefty.

Take your pick. No middle ground.

I have a set of angled needle nose pliers with electrical tape wrapped around the pinchers, just to avoid scuffing... works like a charm,

I just ran a small chunk of oak over my table saw to creat a nice tight slot. Use a hard wood like oak or maple for this or it will get chewed up the first few times you use it.

Or if you are a tool junkie...

The Mavic disc doesn't fit well in higher spoke count wheels.

The $60 campy smooth jawed vice grips that were made for installing the link in the two generations ago chains should work well. I saw my pair on my son's room the other day. What is he using those things for?
