OT - label printers

Does anyone have any experience with label printers? I am getting tired of loading my Epson with expensive lablels every time I have to print a shipping label.

I'm sure there are dedicated label printers out there that would let me use Paypal and USPS online shipping services and output to something smaller than 8.5 x 5.5" 2-up labels.

Anyone have any direct experience with a Dymo or Brother or Zebra dedicated thermal printers? These are the ones that popup on my searches. Paypal and USPS sites do not have a "recommended hardware" section and searches are not very specific.

I use a Zebra to print UPS labels at 4" x 6.25" - it works great and is very reliable.
