Merckx Geometry?

Does anyone have a link to a MXL geometry chart? Competitive cyclist had one but it's been taken down. Thanks

Mike

really you need to measure the things because the eddys as built can be kind of different despite what the charts say.

I agree. The geo charts and the actual frames are not always the same. But that is not specific to Merckx.

I received a geometry and measurements chart with some other technical books and such with the batch of NOS Colnago's I bought a few years back. On three of the frames, they differed up to 2cm on frames with the same size seattube from each other and the spec sheets.

I also had three of them with a 1cm difference in top tube lengths from frame to frame and the spec chart, but not necessarily the same three frames.

Not that there were any problems with the frames, just some different measurements from frame to frame and from than shown on the Colnago spec charts for those models.
