In the middle and basically at the start of the descent of that trail that starts at the top of the hill (first one after turning right from SFD) on your way to Nicasio and ends at the Ewok Village (that's what Nick calls it) popping you out on the road a couple of miles from Nicasio.
ewok village

Never been there- And exact entrance doesn't ring a bell.
I will have to have you show me that one- [QUOTE=joosttx;2321511]In the middle and basically at the start of the descent of that trail that starts at the top of the hill (first one after turning right from SFD) on your way to Nicasio and ends at the Ewok Village (that's what Nick calls it) popping you out on the road a couple of miles from Nicasio. ewok village |

I will have to have you show me that one- Quote:
The entrance is on the left (West) of Nicasio Valley road just before the apex of the first hill if you are coming from SFD.

[QUOTE=zacstanley;2321747]Yes, it is Dixion Fire Road and at some point you make a right which leads you to Nicasio Valley Rd.

Norco....
No pics yet but I took my Norco Search XR Carbon Gravel bike for its first ride today. This is the first and only gravel bike I have in the collection. I can safely say that I was impressed. I only did a road ride but really enjoyed the way it felt. The steering was much lighter than I expected since it had the OEM 40mm wide Clement clinchers on it. Once my elbow and shoulder heal up a bit more I'll take it off road to check out the performance in that enviroment. First impressions are very good.....
