Well, yeah. I meant as far as bikeshare, etc.

Some updates. Chainrings sized down to compact from mid-compact. Tires sized up from 26c GravelKings to 28c Corsas. Verdict still out on the tires, flatted the rear on the second ride.

Trying out a new cockpit. I wanted to find a round bend bar with a flat top/ramp section to replace the traditional bend Dedas. Usually use a NeoClassic, this time I went with the Fizik Cyrano R3 "Snake" bar. Paired it with an R5 seatpost.

Got this re-did. Cheap powder coat, fork wet paint to match. Only a headtube decal for now.

Did some upgrades while I was at it:
-silver cockpit from the Merckx
-White Industries silver headset
-more DA9000 bits

Almost done, glamour shots when I have it all straightened out. One of the DA brakes I bought was missing some parts so I'm only running one at the moment.

ooh that looks great, love the silver bits! Maybe a fun contrast color RL logo for the downtube would look nice. Something like fuchsia or yellow, even (think like the Volvo Cannondales)

Super excited about how it fits and rides - should be good enough to kick my CAAD10 and MX Leader to the curb in the interest of having only one straight road racing bike. This has a taller front end than the CAAD (which was a little undersized), and maintains the excellent power transfer and handling of the MXL while being a much better climber.
