Nice. Baum is certainly one of my bucket list builders.

looks like a well thought out routing, and the 3D printed insert should be good

That looks incredibly nice and above and beyond what anyone is else doing with the traditional road bike and internal cable routing. Looks as it should with equal proportions and 6.4 Ti too!
Niche brand for sure, but I hope others take notes! Last edited by kppolich; 02-24-2024 at 01:39 PM. |

Nope, USD.
About 17K. But then you'd want a Aussie compatriot Partington wheelset. Then, it is more than 20K USD. Last edited by nmrt; 02-24-2024 at 01:46 PM. |

Price aside, I think this is how internal routing should be done on Ti frames. Moots, Mosaic etc. should be ashamed for coming up with the monstrosity that is their internal routing.

Not my preferred way to do internal. This seems to allow headset service but limit fit adjustment. I never have headset issues but tweak my fit all the time. Doesnāt some Italian builder do a similar thing? I give Baum a pass, though, because they just look so right.

For that asking price youād think there would be consistency in what size tire itās āoptimisedā forā¦.is it 28-32mm or 28-30mm?

If I prefer raw Ti, how much am I saving on paint charges?
