Cool Share your commuter bike

tldr: share your commuter bike + accessories.

Hey, folks - couldn't find old thread in search so starting one here.

Commuter bikes of all types complete with photos of racks, panniers, bags, pedals, bells, lights, so we can all see and get ideas around how people are carrying everyday 'office' items to / from work.

My commuter is far too ugly and mish-mashy to post pics of. I learned long ago that function over form has no place here .

Ha! No judgement from me at least. I’m seeing that my cx turned commuter with a backpack full of stuff would be way more comfortable with a rack and more upright position. I’m here for ideas!

Here you go. 4 flat miles each way with the exception of one overpass. Fixed gear in an attempt to minimize perspiration (no showers at work). Old build shown, currently has lost the fenders, added an old NiteRider Digital Pro lightset, trunk bag, pannier mount computer bag and most importantly a B.17 Imperial.

Posted this previously in the production bikes section, but here's my Caadx commuter. Entering its fifth year as my daily commuter to/from grad school. 700x38 Panaracer Gravelkings run tubeless, Handsome mud butler fenders, Son dynamo and B&M front light have been game changers for me.

I can’t. I’ve been waiting on it to be finished for what seems like forever. Waiting on final wiring for the dyno hubs and rear tailight. Stay tuned.

This is an unbelievably practical go fast commuter setup. Basically checks every box with fenders, rack, lighting, and frame material that won't rust (a biggie for me in NE). Threaded BB and it would be 100% perfect.

Just riding in my shirt and tie

Riding a different bike each day this week...
The only one left out is the Llewellyn as the
Garage door was open when I returned home
On Tuesday and he got tucked back into his spot
But misses time with his buddies on the porch!
