Campy Disc Group but Post-mount frame?

I am looking at a frameset that is post-mount disc compatible. Is there any way I can buy campy disc components (campy is only flat mount) and substitute the calipers? Other work-arounds?

Yes you can run them with a set of (hope i believe) non campy calipers. Check out a thread that d_douglas made or google hope calipers with campy hydraulic shifters.

Hope RX4 is the ticket - that is what I am using on my Desalvo. Works well with Potenza (and I assume all of the fancy carbon stuff)

If I'm not mistaken there are flat mount to post mount adapters, unless you don't want to go that route

I just finished setting up my Seven with Campy Hydro brakes.

I had the same problem as yours: post-mount tabs only.

Hope RX4 did the trick (the Shimano variant). You will need both Shimano and Campy bleep kit but otherwise, it's awesome. The setup is sooooooo smooth and modulates like butter.

For the record I am using the "fancy" campy levers (HO).

This is good info. However it looks like its not possible to buy the Campagnolo shifters (centaur or potenza) without the calipers. Any leads on where I can just buy the hydro shifters?

Annoying and expensive. It may change at some point, but who wants to wait!

Yes, to my knowledge, you cannot do that. I bit the bullet and had to buy both the Campy and Hope calipers. If I ever move the Campy group to a more modern frameset with flatmounts, I already have the Campy calipers sitting here in a box. It's the price you pay for this setup, I guess!?!?
