That sure sounds like terrorism to me. Unless you're just trying to use thinly coded language to ask if the perpetrator of the most recent attack was white or "Christian."

As an American living in UK, the terror attacks happen but are less frightening than the current state of Mass Shootings in the US.

Since 2010, 242 killed in mass shootings in US, 38 killed in terror attacks in UK, Not all killed where Muslim attacks, some were attacks on Muslims.

The biggest in the UK was the 22 killed at the Manchester Concert bomb attack.

The US obviously had the large Vegas shooting of 59, but you had 4 mass shootings since 2012 which were larger than the worst terrorist attack in the UK.

Terrorists act as combatants for their beliefs when they hurt people. This guy was apparently just non-plussed about sharing the road.

I re-read what I wrote and I'm not sure why you think I'm trying to parse this out by race or religion. I am not using any coded language. If he turns out to part of the Society to Annihilate Bicyclists then I guess he's a terrorist. If he just got pissed-off about the cyclists in the road, I'd say he behaved terroristically. That's why we have nouns, adjectives and adverbs in our grammar; how else could we make distinctions between phenomena? Either way, he is definitely a psycho.
