Favorite Cycling Movies/documentaries?

I recently rented "Inspired to Ride" because of a thread on this board. What a great documentary on cycling--truly did "inspire me to ride". Thanks to whoever posted that trailer.

Got me thinking. There's a lot of wisdom here. What are your favorite cycling movies/documentaries?

That was a great documentary. Another good one that you can watch online is . ESPN's Slaying the Badger was also enjoyable.

Wired to Win.

Not necessarily about cycling.
Shame they couldn't come to whatever agreement to release on DVD.

I absolutely loved this. Saw it several times. The shots were spectacular.

Clean Spirit about Giant was pretty neat. Slaying the Badger, Sunday in Hell.

A Sunday in Hell

The Bicucle Thief

Slaying the Badger

Stars and Watercarriers

The Impossible Hour

Clean Spirit

The Flying Scotsman

The Greatest Show on Earth / La Course en Tête

I'm not a huge fan of Breaking Away but a lot of people love it.

I have never seen it but I heard Pee Wees Big Adventure made some cycling movie list.

Mine is Breaking Away.
Or that old Budweiser Light commercial from 1981 or so.

Thanks for these suggestions

La course en tete is the one I never get tired of watching.

Edit: That Bud Light commercial is great. The Errol Morris/Miller Light one is also pretty good:

Man in 1984 when freestyle was just getting off the ground this commercial came on the Live Aid concert that my older brother was recording.

I must have watched it 50 times on the VCR.

A Sunday in Hell and La Course en Tête are the two classics, definitely.
Amazing, desert-island-level films.
