WTB: 8spd Dura Ace wheelset for LeMond TVT

I recently acquired a LeMond TVT and it came with a 9spd Ultegra derailleur and Ksyrium SSC SL wheels. I would like to get it back to a more period correct look. I'm going with Dura Ace 7400 and now need a wheelset. Open to Mavic or Campagnolo rims, but need Dura Ace 7400 series 8spd.

I have a 7400 front hub laced to a Matrix iso-c2 (I think) rim. Can sell wheel or just hub if interested.

I'd prefer to buy a set and hope to find Campy rims with Mavic a second choice.

Pretty sure I have a 7402 (3?) rear hub, and probably a NOS Matrix rim that matches Chuck's front. Need to check spoke counts. Have a 7400 front hub on a red Helium tubular rim. Not sure Mavic made a red tubular other than the Helium.

I have a DA 7400 wheelset - 7400 front hub, 7403 (8/9/10 speed) rear, silver DT rev spokes 28F/32R, on black velocity aerohead rims. Pretty light (around 1600 grams). Will let go pretty cheap, PM me if interested.

I have a wheelset with 7400 hubs, cassette, laced to Mavic rims. The period-correct precursor to the Open Pro rims, but I forget exactly what they're called. I'd like to move it, but the cassette itself sells for decent money, so not super cheap. Let me know if you're interested and I'll dig them out of storage for full details.

I have a couple sets of 7403/7400 hubs laced to Mavic rims.

1) Newly hand built, Mavic Open Elite, black rims with machined brake track.
2) Mavic SUP silver rims, low miles, machined brake track
3) Mavic Open Pro, low miles, black rims with machined brake track

Also have a couple of period correct DA cassettes.

All in excellent condition, all come with correct skewers. Only other option I can offer is a set of hubs and a new pair of black Mavic CXP 33 rims.

If interested, shoot me an e-mail at rccardr@cox.net or call/text at 7039873346 and we'll figure something out.

Thanks
Doc

I have a pristine pair of wheels with Dura Ace 7403 (I think they're 03's - it's for an 8 speed group) laced to Mavic CXP-12 rims. They have a deeper section aero look to them. There is no real wear on the braking surfaces. How does $150 plus shipping from Seattle sound?

Saul aka CaptStash....

CXP-12 were the bees knees - that's a nice wheelset!
