Yes, ride report please. Thinking about a handbuilt set with these rims vs factory wheelset...

I have two sets of Ksyrium Pro Carbon SL UST's mounted tubeless on a Look 695 Aerolight (28mm Yksion)and an Serotta Ottrott (30mm Schwalbe One Addix)..I love them, durable easy to mount tubeless..great wheels...
I've had a lot of popular wheels and I've kinda settled on these as my standard. I'll probably move to Allroad carbons on my gravel bike, replacing my
DT Swiss.

Any reports on these wheels? Specifically, how's the rim durability (braking track, etc)? Overall thoughts?

Thanks!

I can report that the rims do not hold up for braking when the pad is worn down so the metal pad is contacting the rim. Argh haha
These yellow pads that mavic provide for these rims do wear awfully fast so watch out

they have been great wheels if not for my lack of proper maintenance.

Updating this thread with a small ride report. I decided to mount these wheels on my Cyclops and set aside a pair of Enve 3.4s for the Lobster. Took the Cyclops out for a couple of spins across the bridge and into Fairfax, so here's my take:

Pros:
* Nice and stiff - I run my pads very close and there was no rubbing whatsoever
* Braking is good, but not as good as Boras or 202s
* Tubeless and they hold air well

Cons:
* Not super wide
* Not especially light

How they ride... honestly, built up on Record 10 28H hubs with Aerolites, these spin extremely well. Paired with the Michelin tubeless tires, the ride can be a little harsh, so I might try some Specialized cottons + latex tubes next. Overall, I'm happy, but I would only ever do these rims if you had a set of excellent hubs that were looking for a new home. If you're looking for a new wheel set build, just buy Boras.

Picking nits but on the front wheel..is it mounted backwards? QR on the right instead of left? I know, yes, yes, it makes no real difference but…picking a nit.

It’s so much worse than that - the tire is mounted backwards, so not only is the hub flipped, but the mavic logo on the rim doesn’t match the rear orientation. I cry myself to sleep over this.
