Leaving other people and their lawful possessions peacefully alone is typically the best path.

I would ponder phoning the county on that one. I'm generally in favor of leaving people the hell alone, but maybe not when their bubba-rigged electric service might start a forest fire. Otherwise it's just another dilapidated shack out in the woods. Let the HOA deal with the overgrown lawn and non-compliant paintwork.

Probably some squatters living in there.

Do you hear "Goodbye Horses" emanating from within?

Seriously doesn't anyone read WeirdNJ? I would go in with you but I have gone in a lot spookier stuff in my youth. Runnels hospital, Skillman institute, the old Greystone hospital, Menlo Park hospital.

We did a group ride to the old Greystone right before it was demolished an I took this picture. Someone had stuffed a Chucky or a My Buddy doll in-between the window and the safety grate. Either way pretty funny. If you are ever in the central NJ area I have a route that details specific points in connection to the Lindbergh kidnapping as well. About 80 miles door to door. I used to have a picture of my friend right under the infamous child's window but can't find it right now.
