The ride is actually not too bad for an aero profile bike. And Squad make these pretty affordable. They're constantly doing custom stuff...

I would love to have this been Super Record EPS, but didn't have the extra $$ sitting round.

The FSA ACR Bar/stem actually works pretty well with Mechanical too, but this thing rips and Di2 is pretty solid.
