They're 38mm Gravel Kings. I was surprised how much clearance there is. I haven't tried anything larger, but I think 40-42s would fit comfortably.

Yep. Down here getting into trouble. First off-road ride on the Grevil. Felt a bit undertired on the RH 650b x 38 extralights, which are showing some abrasion from the gravel on the FS roads. A bit different than our buffed dirt of Puget Sound.

Ive converted over to electronic shifting, which is my first experience with it. I must say it is nice. Running it 1x.
785 shifters/105 flat mount brakes, xt rear.

I have been thinking about getting some new carbon 700c wheels, but I'm really liking the 650b Hunt wheels.

Nice Bike!

I spent last weekend finally getting out on my new Lynskey Race GR pictured above in this thread. The Flocycling G700 wheels I got for it are really nice. https://flocycling.com/products/flo-g700-disc-brake. They felt really good paired with 700 x 40 WTB Raddler tires. I like the wheels so much I’m going to order another set — maybe the narrower 64 AS, to use with 700 x 32 road tires. I found a discount code on line using Google and got the G700s for 20% off. I highly recommend the G700s if you are looking for a second set of wheels.

Interesting 650b from them. Cant say I’ve seen many 59mm deep x 25mm inner width rim!

Hey Joosttx - for someone not as familiar with Mt. Tam as you (although my sister lives in Albany and you gave me some great routes a few years ago when we visited her - including Mt. Tam and Alpine Dam!), why do you choose to ride your gravel bike somedays and your XC bike others? Do you take different routes? Do you ever ride the road up or down, or is it always trails? Thanks - I've always wondered.

Impulse buy on Ebay but she's a beauty, Seven Evergreen Pro with Ultegra Di2, gold Chris King hubs laced to HED Belgium wheels. I think the lugs are very cool and like the unique color scheme. It's the same size as my Evergreen S.

Evergreen S (straight gauge titanium)

I guess it's time to introduce the "newest" addition to my gravel lineup.

In its previous life, when it was with Clean pal...

Then it came to me, and I saw its potential for something greater .. er...like 40+mm tires. 😁

After some crimping... here goes.
