CARL STRONG Ti with polished logos.

Got the frame back yesterday from Dark Matter Refinishing. Had all logos polished on..DT, ST, CS. Kinda hard to tell, ugly rainy morning here in SD. They did an OUTSTANDING job!

Ollie did a great job!

I realize that questioning the Paceline’s King of “Matchy-Matchy” borders on heresy, but I’m not feeling the Zipp seatpost and stem. Everything else is classy and subdued.

Speaking of "Matchy-Matchy" What are those bottle cages, and how well do they match the finish on the frame?

My wife has a new Strong Ti road bike incoming any day now, and she's concerned that the usual go-to Ti cages (King, Silca Sicuro, or Lithe) will clash with the unpainted frame.

FWIW, I think King SS Iris cages look great on a Ti frame with polished bits (but then I think Iris cages are the best looking cages period...)

They're made by Lezyne. They match the bead blasted finish of the Strong quite well, as can be seen. I have an extra set that I'd gladly sell for $45 for the pair, shipped. PM if you might be interested.
