Source for WeeRide bushings

I have a WeeRide co-pilot that needs new bushings for the pivot linkage. Does anyone know where I can source them? I submitted a request to WeeRide but so far I haven't heard anything.

I would just cut an old tire and shim that in there with the rubber that is already in place.
