Etap Campy compatibility
I have 2017 Chorus 11 and was wondering if etap would play nicely with it. I heard somewhere that brake lever pressure might be an issue, and I don’t think etap has a lever mounted rim brake caliper release button. Any compatibility issues that would make this not work?

Drivetrain at least worked flawlessly for me. Campy crank chain and cassette with etap shifty bits.
The brake release would mean I'd go elsewhere for calipers tho. |

I had etap on a campy crank and brakes. The brakes aren’t ideal but work.
The crank worked fine although I did have a little trouble setting up the FD initially because the limit screw was hitting the crank I now have WI cranks and campy brakes. I’ll eventually upgrade the brakes |

Dual pivot Force 10/22 or Red 10 brakes are your answer here if you don't want to spring for something balleur like EE.

I have Record 10 square taper cranks with an Etap set up and it works just fine.
