Boltcutter Peacemaker Gravel+

Tried and failed for a couple weeks to find a good gravel/cx frameset to turn into a fat tire roadie while im in Tucson...so I bought a couple road bikes to try out.
Of course as soon as those arrived an opportunity to score a bro-deal on this here Boltcutter presented itself and, well, the shed just got a little more full...

Some info about the frameset can be found here.

This frame checks a LOT of boxes for me.
- Angles that are middle-of-the-road-enough to work well in pretty much any context
- fender-able
- rack-able
- fat tire-able
- 3 bottle mounts AND a TT snack bag mount
- threaded bb

Parts list:

Ultegra 8000 Shifters, RD, FD, 11-30 Cassette
Praxis Zayante Alloy 48x32
Spesh CG-R post - people seem to like these, figured id try it
Spesh Romin saddle
DT PRC1450 wheels w/ 32c Gravelkings
Thomson X4 stem
Easton EA70 AX Bars
TRP spyre calipers

First ride tomorrow but I have some color arriving for it in a few days, then itll be finished for real

With Angry in that I’ve not heard of this brand and like the boxes you referenced that it checks. A threaded BB with the other options you mentioned narrows the field substantially.

Not a space chicken...shapes and cable routing are completely different...but yes it's an open mold but not mass produced in the spec boltcutter is using (that I know of). From my understanding he is ordering frames in small batches with specific carbon layup specs and such. I didn't pry too deeply but can inquire formally if anyone here is interested in this info. Or you could probably just email or message Ryan on the boltcutter Instagram to ask for yourself .

Its done-ish!

A few bits are en-route to jazz it up a little but its functional, taking it up Mt. Lemmon tomorrow for a test ride.
