I suggest the calculator at zipp.com. It includes internal rim width as a variable. I also recommend a gauge calibration. The old and tiny gauge on my silca pump was reading 8 psi higher than any of several new liquid filled gauges that I own. I put one of those larger and more easily read gauges on my pump.
