When the rim hits the ground under any circumstances, your pressure is probably too low.

If handling feels poor when cornering, your pressure is too low.

If it is bouncy when climbing, usually it’s too low.

Pump it up to 45-50psi. Ride it till it does one of the above in conditions you ride.

Sounds about right depending on conditions.

I'm a little lighter than you (170 rn) and run them (32c 5000tl) in the 50-55 ish range. I'd think anywhere from 50-60 is fine but they get harsh quickly as you approach or exceed 60psi IMO. Since you can't get a pinch flat feel free to try low pressures it might just feel slow/sloppy.

I've been tubeless for years and it really depends on your riding style and conditions. When I am cross racing I go to 18 psi (165lbs) shredding on the local trail 35psi, riding mixed gravel 45psi, 90% road I bump it to 65psi. Typically I ride simple 33mm file treads for all of these pressures.

45 seems low to me.

I’m 135 and I pump my 32s up to 55 for road and let them sink til they get squishy and do 55 again

Same weight, same tires and width, I use about 50 in the front and 55 in the rear, when I pump them up, which is about 1x week in the season.. I've been in the 40s, but like just a bit more, great tires, no loss of speed and very comfortable.
