Dead Favero Assioma

Hey, I recently bought some used Assioma Duo SHI pedals and have been enjoying them. Today, the left one won't charge, light up, or show up in the app. When I was switching them between bikes, it fell off the crank, but surely they are more durable than that. Anyone have any experience with something similar? I really don't want them to be toast already.

I certainly hope that someone can tell you how to wake them up.

Thanks. One is just fine, and the other does nothing with even the charger connected. Bummer

I sent a FB message. I can't fill the form out on their website without the serial number, and I can't get that from the app because they don't sync

This is maybe dumb and maybe you've tried this, but I also had a time when I thought mine died and just turns out their wall-wart and micro-usb cables are kinda loose/finicky. Making sure the connections were actually fully plugged in fixed it at one point because its easy for the micro-usb end to become partially dislodged within the recessed port on the pedal end of the charger. (and I also just swapped one for a different cable)

Thanks, it is a good idea. I was able to try lots of different configurations and no luck. One that works on the right pedal and lights it up still does nothing on the left
