I have not put fenders on it. I have a beater bike that I keep fenders on all year. I do like having the option though to put them on the Lynskey if ever desired.

Lynskey Helix

The Helix is going to be stiffer. They claim 30% more stiff. For the OP this would be the wrong frame. See attached review.

Pro GR vs GR 300

I have owned both current models. Sold the GR 300 last year and bought the internal Pro Gr. I really don’t see any difference in ride quality or stiffness between the two. Welds and construction details are much nicer on the Pro GR. Riv nuts used on The 300, all welded on the GR. I would go with the Pro. I weigh 145, so fairly light.
